    Customer service was excellent! Had an issue with the initial controller, and they instantly solved my issue and shipped me out a new one with no questions asked!

    Product quality is fantastic, extremely sticky LED lights (with proper prep) will stay on with no issues. It also comes with extra hardware so you can mount it in places that can’t be stuck to.

    Lights are bright and vibrant!

    App control is easy to use, not my favorite interface, but it makes up for it with 200 options for patterns and light control.

    Install is a super easy process. It’s basically plug and play. Connects straight to the battery, no soldering/snipping required. Worst you’ll have to do is drill into the under panels to mount brackets (those brackets are optional to install).

    Since I don’t have a spot to add a pic, my insta is @stdoobz if you want to see a little tidbit of what it looks like to run, or just check out their instagram for photos as well.

    A1: The kit comprises a total of 6 LED strips, with 2 for the front, 2 for the sides, and 2 for the rear end. The standard sizes are 2x 90cm for the front, 2x 180cm for the sides, and 2x 60cm for the rear end. Customized sizes can also be ordered, you can select them from the product page on our website.

  • Q2: Can I install the GLOSHOPfx underglow kit by myself?

    Installing the GLOSHOPfx underglow kit is a straightforward plug-and-play process. All the necessary items, along with necessary tools, are provided in the kit. However, you will need access under the car, requiring the use of car ramps or a car lift similar to those found in mechanic shops.

  • Q3: Is it necessary to test the LED strips before installing the underglow kit?

    A3: While not mandatory, testing the LED strips before installation can save time in case any issues arise after the kit is installed.

  • Q4: What should I do if some of the LEDs do not display the correct colors?

    A4: If you notice incorrect colors, such as the LED displaying green or blue instead of red, adjust the settings in the MagicLED app. Navigate to the app settings and select the GRB color format to correct the colors.

  • Q5: What if some of the LEDs are not glowing towards the end of the strip?

    A5: This issue may occur if the incorrect number of pixels is selected. For the standard kit, it is recommended to choose 273 pixels (0.9 + 1.8 + 0.6 = 3.3 * 84 = 272). As a precaution, selecting 303 pixels is advised to cover the lengthiest LED strips in the Glostorm series.

  • Q6: What should I do if something gets damaged during or immediately after installation?

    A6: You are covered for 30 days from the date of purchase for any mishaps resulting in damage to any part of the kit. Fill out the form on our website's support warranty section, upload proof of purchase and pictures of the damaged part. Within 3 business days, you will receive a unique RMA number and instructions for sending the damaged part to us. Refer to our support warranty section for further details.
