11 months limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This will start after the Autoglow 30days coverage time is over.

AutoGlow Assurance, Your DIY Safety Net

Gloshop's AutoGlow Assurance is here to make your DIY journey worry-free. It's like a security blanket for car enthusiasts. With this service, you get a solid 30-days warranty. It's there to help when things don't go as planned during the installation. If any part of your underglow kit stops working or gets damaged in the first 30 days after you buy it, Gloshop will replace it for free.

11 Months limited warranty:

Your GLOSHOPfx Car Underglow Kit comes with one year warranty, the first 30 days is covered under Autoglow as described earlier. Once 30 days are over, 11 months limited warranty kicked in. This 11-months warranty is against any manufacturing defect or if some part or the whole kit does not work as expected right out of the box. This warranty does not cover any damage due to wrong installation, accident, or any other kind of damages.

Process of Warranty Claim

To initiate any warranty claim, submit the below Warranty Claim form. Fill in the form, attach your proof of purchase, upload the picture of damaged items and click on submit button. There should be at least one and maximum 5 pictures.

You will get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number in 3 business days by email. This number is really important for handling your request. PLEASE DO NOT SEND US ANY PRODUCT WITHOUT HAVING AN RMA NUMBER ISSUED FOR IT BY GLOSHOP. Gloshop would be unable to take any responsibility for the items sent to us without having an RMA number specifically issued for the items sent to us.

When you send back the item, make sure to put the RMA number on at least two sides of the package. This helps process it quickly and without any problems. Packages without an RMA number might get delayed or even turned away."

Coverage Limits: To be fair to everyone, there are some limits. You can get one replacement for each part that's found to be defective within 30 days of purchase.

Shipping: Gloshop pays for the new part(s) cost, but the client is in charge of the shipping costs – sending the old part back and getting the new one. It's a fair arrangement that keeps things efficient.
